7:19 p.m. The city clerk recommends changing the city's precincts to be county precincts for the November election because the Cherokee Board of Education has a special election the same day. The council votes to go with her recommendation. The elections will be at the .

7:16 p.m. The policy includes departmental changes, procedural changes for new agenda software and adoption of the new purchasing policy.

7:15 p.m. The Council Manual Policy revisions were tabled until the next meeting, April 25. The whole policy needs to be adopted at once.

7:13 p.m. These are pre-approved codes that just need to be cleaned up by the city, City Manager Jeff Moon says.

7:12 p.m. The council is amending codes in Chapter 18 of the Woodstock Code of Ordinances, which reads: GA State Minimum Standard Property Maintenance Code. (International Property Maintenance Code, I.P.M.C. 2006 Edition, with GA Amendments.)

7:03 p.m. The City Council meeting has started with mention of and his family in the opening prayer. Mayor Donnie Henriques is absent.
