Next, NO lobbyist gifts - why should the people allow bribery of its public servants? Retroactively force reporting for Independent Committees through punitive measures, including criminal penalties. Even Cherokee has a few of these "dark money" committees that the people should know about. Enforce criminal penalties for politicians who are proven to steal from the state.
Second, a statute providing for citizen access to that Grand Jury. Third, a statute providing for citizen access to the Article III Court for the purpose of Impeachment! Then you won’t need to be concerned with ethics!
