Second Week Of Early Voting Starts Today

Residents can also vote on Saturday at the elections office in Canton.

The second week for residents to cast their ballots ahead of the Nov. 6 general election kicks off today.

Early voting continues this week at the Albert Stone Elections Office at 400 East Main Street in Canton. It will also be held Saturday Oct. 27 from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the elections office, as well as at Ball Ground Public Library, Hickory Flat Public Library, Rose Creek Public Library and Woodstock Public Library.

Advanced voting will expand to the aforementioned locations between 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday Oct. 29 through Friday Nov.2. No voting will be held on Monday Nov. 5, but all polling precincts will be open between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Election Day.
