Woodstock To Resurface Mill Street, Pinehill Drive

Both streets will be resurfaced on Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13.

Two streets in downtown Woodstock will soon be resurfaced to make the ride smoother for motorists.

The Woodstock City Council on Monday awarded a bid Wildcat Striping and Sealing to mill and resurface Mill Street and Pinehill Drive for $42,763. That amount also includes various repairs for Neese Road at Arnold Mill Road, Towne Lake Parkway and Dogwood Place.

The project will take place on Thursday, June 12 and Friday, June 13.

Motorists should expect delays in the area and find alternate routes while the project is underway.
