Help Less Fortunate Seniors This Week in Woodstock

We have the rundown of what's happening this week in Woodstock and Towne Lake.

As you get back into the groove of the work week, Woodstock-Towne Lake Patch will keep you updated on what's happening this week in southern Cherokee County:

  • Early voting for the Senate District 14 seat starts today. Voters who reside in the district, which encompasses most of Cherokee County west of I-575, can cast ballots early at the Cherokee County Elections Office in Canton. The times are: 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday Nov. 18; between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Tuesday Nov. 19 through Friday Nov. 22; and between 8:30 and 5 p.m. Monday Nov. 25 through Wednesday Nov. 27.
  • Be sure to stop by MUST Ministries offices in Canton (111 Brown Industrial parkway) to drop off any items in relation to its Thanksgiving Basket initiative
  • Volunteers are still needed for the Cherokee County Volunteer Aging Council's Adopt-A-Senior program.
