Touch-A-Truck, Fall Fair This Week in Woodstock, Towne Lake

We have your weekly roundup of what's happening this week in Woodstock and Towne Lake.

As you get back into the groove of the work week, Woodstock-Towne Lake Patch will keep you updated on what's happening this week in southern Cherokee County:

  • Be sure to stop by the Cherokee County Health Department in Woodstock to get your flu shot on Tuesday. The cost is $22 for regular and $50 for the high dose vaccine.
  • Foxtale Book Shoppe will once again be busy this week. They will host two events this week in which authors will visit and sign books for fans.
  • On Saturday, stop by Cherokee Recreation and Parks Agency's headquarters in Woodstock for the seventh annual Touch-a-Truck. The event was originally set to be held in July, but was rescheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday Oct. 5.
  • Good Shepherd Lutheran Church will have its eighth annual fall fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday in its lower parking lot along Eagle Drive at Rose Creek Drive.  
  • Monday Oct. 7 is your last day to register to vote in the upcoming Nov. 5 elections. Visit the Georgia Secretary of State's website to find out more information.
