Allen Temple Christian Academy is a wonderful pre-school! I looked into various preschool programs and just by chance I stopped by ATCA. That was almost 3 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the decision I made. ATCA is truly a home away from home for my girls and for the most part my whole family. Over the years my family has developed lasting relationships with the teachers and staff and I enjoy the relationships my daughters have fostered with them as well. A true testimony to the school's loving and nurturing environment as well as their commitment to learning is with my oldest daughter. When she first started at the school around 20 months old, she wouldn't speak at all. Now at four years old, she reads well beyond 1st grade level! Currently, while in the Pre-K program, her Pre-K teacher goes above and beyond by challenging her with reading comprehension activities. My and husband and I are so amazed with the progress she has made. A bang for the buck, it is the best kept secret indeed, but I never pass up a chance to tell people how proud I am that my girls attend ATCA!

As a mom who has never enrolled my child in daycare I struggled to find childcare for my youngest when I decided to go back to work. I literally went into every single daycare in Woodstock, and the ones that I actually liked were nixed as soon as I went online to check the licensing reports with the state. It was actually then that I found ATCA. Their report was phenomenal, so I stopped by. I was floored. Never did I think I could have an acutal pre-school program that offered before and after school care as well.The class sizes are small, the teachers are amazing and the kids were so happy and well behaved. My son is now on his second year at ATCA, and I absolutely could not be any happier. There are all types of backgrounds, loving families who are all involved, and the teachers are like family. This school is the best kept secret in Woodstock without a doubt!

While searching for the right preschool for my grandson I discovered Allen Temple Christian Academy. I knew the moment I met with their director that this place was right for our family. The whole staff is excellent and always have genuine concern for all the children. I feel like my grandson is not just a number at ATCA; he is a member of the family. He LOVES going to school at ATCA and can hardly wait to put on his book bag every morning and head to school. My grandson learns at ATCA and is not just being dropped off at a babysitters house to play. Thanks ATCA!!!

I have sent my two boys there since they were 18 months old. I have always felt like I was leaving my kids with family - family who teaches them not only an excellent preschool curriculum but also Christian values. Meanwhile, my kids have enjoyed attending the school and love their teachers. One of them was actually reading a book the other day - and he is only 4!!
