My friend and I went on Sun for the first time. They were so friendly! Gave us heat wraps for our shoulders and even massaged our shoulders while our toes dried! i will drive from Marietta to go here!!! We loved it! Clean too! :)

Big apple was great when it first opened, now its awful! They are rude, they are in a rush, and the quality of work is disappointing. I tried to call the day after I was in there to complain and the owner never called me back. Obviously I will not go back!
This was the most horrible mani/pedi me & my friend have EVER had, not to mention how rude they are there!! I wouldn't even give it one star. I was there for a total of 20 minutes for both. They rushed, very pushy to buy extras, didnt massage, & I had to repeatly ask them to please turn on my chair. I would not recommend anyone to go here. The Big Apple in canton is AMAZING!! Go there!!!!
I went to Big Apple after another salon ruined my nails. I had worn acrylic for over 30 yrs with no problems, and after 3 months, having new nails removed twice, they were a disaster. Had not intention of going back. But Nicole at Big Apple has a gel/acrylic hybrid that sounds just like what I need. I feel better than I have about this for weeks. My nails feel stronger again and I am looking forward to seeing how things turn out now.
I've gotten my nails done twice at this establishment, and both times were a lot of fun! I even took my best friend on her birthday and we both the chocolate fudge pedicure! It was awesome!!! The staff is professional and friendly, and I even got a shoulder massage while my nails were drying. So relaxing. I'd suggest setting an appointment if possible because every time I've gone it's been packed. I would definitely recommend it to you.
I went to get my eyebrows waxed here and they burned me, when I talked to the owner she said she was sorry but the lady had only worked for her for two days. It was disappointing to know they let their associates free to do whatever on the second day of work and they ended up hurting and losing a customer. I will never step foot in that place again!

I love Big Apple. I have been there many times and they are never rude or in a rush. I love it and will continue to go there and tell friends about them.
