I had the hardest time cancelling this membership. I joined because I heard the classes were great. They where more like Richard sweating to the oldies. I was bored too death. The gym is dirty and smells like you took your shoes off after wearing the same socks for 3 days. yuck. I am much happier now that I joined Gold's at a cheaper rate and have no billing issues. They need a cleaning crew.

The staff is very nice as they are trying to get your membership. But if you need to cancel...beware. The only way to pay is to give them credit card information and use autopay. Even after calling to see what the cancellation policy was and following exactly what they told me to do, my card continued to be charged...they claimed not to have received my info...which I thought was convenient for them. They refused to give credit my card back. The entire process seemed unethical and I definitely felt cheated out of money. There are other good gyms around - stay away from this one.
