They are awful!!! The carpet was disgusting when i moved in so all they did was clean it. Well during inspection they noticed stains coming back through and wanted to charge me for new carpet and they could not show anything proving the last time the carpet was replaced. The lady at the office is lazy shes NEVER in the office. I had ants in my kitchen in the spring and no matter how much i bleached they kept coming back...her response well its wet outside thats what nrings them in your not the only one with the issue....then fix it!!!! All i can say is its awful im glad i got out of there.

I do not recommend this place at all! Things were so unprofessional from the beginning. I work a lot. So when I was ready to move into the apartments we set up a move in date. Now she pressured me to move in sooner then what I was comfortable for, but I went along with it. BIG mistake. When I arrived on my move in date with my moving truck, even after I had paid the deposit a week before, she said the apartment wasn't ready because her corporate office hasn't given her the go ahead yet. REALLY?! She waits to tell me now. (By she I mean the lazy leasing woman who is never in her office) So I spent the remainder of the next 4 hours in the moving truck waiting for the go ahead, I ended up having to be the one to call the corporate office to tell her how upset I was. Considering I had no other options, I was stuck. Now this complex has MONTHLY inspections. For example they will send out a notice RANDOMLY in the month (so pray you see it in time) the notice will have a wide variety of days like the 21st-27th will be inspections. So you never actually know what day they will come into your home. My first inspection I was mortified because the inspection people barged in WHILE I WAS IN THE SHOWER!!! It doesn't matter if your home or not, they will unlock your doors and come in. Check every room in the house. They also be sure to give you a chore list of what they you to do before inspection like a kid. They raise the rent in the middle of our lease! Its horrible. Stay away!!!
