Mt Olive Baptist Church is located just off Towne Lake Parkway at Mill Street. The church began in 1866, and the new building was built in 1955. Along with regular Sunday worship, members meet for bible study and fellowship on Wednesday nights. Pastor Ellington Bates leads the worship services.
