Optimum Health isn't your ordinary chiropractic clinic. They are an integrated practice that offers a variety of health services to assist you in achieving a happy, healthy life. I was recently in an accident and received medical care from Optimum Health. To be honest, I was skeptical at first, I had never been to a chiropractic office before, and wasn't sure what to expect. I had my first visit with Dr. Carly, and she was very understanding and listened to what I had to say. She was a kind and an easy person to talk to. She explained to me why I was experiencing the pain I was in and what she would do to help me get back to feeling great. I also visited with their medical staff, who were just as nice and understanding. They offered some natural injections to help relieve my muscle pain, and after the first few times, I already began feeling better! They also have a rehab therapist, who gave me specific stretches and exercises to do in order to strengthen my body's weak spots, and help prevent me from getting injured again! The rehab was challenging, but extremely beneficial to my recovery, and something I took with me after my treatment was complete. I am proud to say I feel better now than I did before my injuries, and I owe much of that to Optimum Health! At Optimum Health, they truly care about what's best for YOU, and that's what makes a difference to me!

I am patient at the Woodstock clinic. I feel like I get all my needs met in one place. The Wellness Program is the best program I have ever seen. Their HCG program provides so much support from the weekly visits to the twice a month visit with the nutritionist. Great Job!!!!

I loved my experience at Optimum Health Woodstock. The staff is great. Dr Carly and the medical staff helped me identify all my food sensitivities. Dr Carly not only a great chiropractor but is an excellent wellness coach. She helped me find other options to replace my gluten intolerance and other food intolerances. She recommended some pharmaceutical grade supplements that they sell right in the office (very convenient). Sarah is great with coming up with stretches and exercises to help with my low back pain and headaches. Alex the front desk always is there to help you with a smile on her face. The massages are wonderful never had a bad massage from Optimum Health. I would recommend to friends and family.

This office is great! The chiropractor does a great job explaining everything and I feel so much better after getting adjusted.
I have done two of the tests, the alcat and asi. I feel so much better. I used to have heartburn, reflux and indigestion almost daily. now, by finding out the foods that may be triggering this, I don't have these problems anymore. I also found out that my fatigue that I was feeling around 4:00 each day, was because my cortisol levels were off- by taking care of this, I wake up before my alarm goes off in the morning and no longer have to depend on an energy drink to make it through the day.
Lastly, I went throuh their weight loss program and lost 43 lbs!!
