Ordered a drug screen online, paid for it, and was directed to go immediately to this office. I called the office and listened to all the information. Hours of operation were stated to be til 6:30 pm. Checked their website just to be sure since it was 5:00 pm and the traffic was bad. 6:30 pm again so I headed out as instructed. Get there at 5:30 and go in to pee in a cup and am told "we only do that from 9 to 5". I said I wish there was a way for me to know that before I drove down here in traffic, I looked on the website. She replied "you have to call to find out." I did call and ...... well you know the rest. Typical in it for the money and tuff luck on customer service! Guess they couldn't find a cup!!!!!
