The dentist himself was friendly. My wife needed a crown. This is her first cavity. They said she needed a root canal and crown. I went along. So far, after 3 visits and 10+ hours, she still has a temporary filling and no crown. Last time (trip #3), she went in to have the crown installed. AFTER removing her temporary filling, they decided to look for her crown, and after 1.5 hours told her the lab sent the wrong crown. They didn't bother to check it before she arrived. She was told that they would figure out what had happened and call her back on Monday (this was on Saturday). Wednesday they answered the phone and informed her that they FOUND her crown ON THE BOTTOM SHELF on Monday, but didn't bother to call to let her know or schedule an appointment. Then they said it would be 4 WEEKS for the next appointment. She is 20 weeks pregnant, and they could care less. She has to be seen on Saturday. I called and they said the next appointment was 2 months away, and refused to work her in on a Saturday. Heaven forbid the dentist work late to correct their mistake or try to perform some customer service. The staff is rude and can care less about other people's schedules or situations. While waiting for 7 hours, I noticed the rugs were dirty, and there were hairballs against the wall where no one had dusted or swept. We'll get her crown finished, but then I wouldn't go back if all my teeth fell out at one time. Go if you want, but don’t say I didn’t warn you.
