Polaris Evening School is the "Open Campus Evening School" in Cherokee County. It originally opened at CherokeeMore High School in 1992 but moved to Woodstock High School in 1998 because of construction at Cherokee. The school now has a satellite campus at its original location as of 2006. The school Improvement Plan can be viewed online.

E.T. Booth Middle School was the first middle school built in the county in 1980. It is adjacent to Etowah High SchoolMore and Chapman Intermediate School and named after Eugene Theodore Booth who served as Cherokee County Superintendent of School from 1937 to 1944.
