International Thermocast has closed on a deal to expand into 98,000 square feet of space in Canton.
A Woodstock-based company has closed on a deal to expand its footprint into Canton. The Cherokee Office of Economic Development announced Thursday that International Thermocast has closed on a deal that would allow them to expand into a 98,000-square-foot building at 189 Etowah Industrial Court in the Canton-Cherokee Business & Industrial Park. The facility sits on roughly eight acres just off Cumming Highway/Highway 20 near Interstate 575. Nathan Anderson and Joseph Mullican of NAI Brannen Goddard represented the landlord in the lease, and Misti Deale of PalmerHouse Properties handled the transaction for the tenant.
