Two people have been arrested in connection with the theft of a trailer at The HOPE Center, but police are still looking for another person. Cobb County Police have arrested Carl James Bourque, 44, of Marietta and Bobbie Jean Colston, 31, of Woodstock after a citizen spotted the trailer taken from the nonprofit organization some time between Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning. According to information on the Cobb County Adult Detention Center's booking data website, Colston has been charged with theft by receiving stolen property, misdemeanor willful obstruction of a law enforcement officer and felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
