Funeral Set For Waleska Woman Killed in Crash
Friends and family will say goodbye Cortney Jade King on Tuesday.
The Waleska woman who died in a one-car accident Saturday afternoon will be laid to rest tomorrow. Funeral services are planned for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel inside South Canton Funeral Home for Cortney Jade King, 24, who died from injuries she suffered in a one-car accident along Highway 108/Fincher Road near Ammons Road just east of Waleska. She will be buried at Mt. Olive Baptist Church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking contributions be made to the funeral home to help with expenses. The Georgia State Patrol responded to a single car crash around 1:35 p.m. in which the 2004 Volkswagen New Beetle King was driving ran off the road and hit several trees.
