River Ridge (7-2, 1-0) at North Murray (0-9, 0-6) – River Ridge got back on track last week with a 39-point win over Social Circle. Since the Knights aren’t eligible for the playoffs, tonight’s contest at North Murray will be their final game of the season. The Mountaineers haven’t won a game all season. Walton (9-0, 5-0) at Woodstock (4-5, 1-4) – Woodstock has dropped its last four games in a row and scored just less than six points per game on average over that time. The Wolverines have already been mathematically eliminated from postseason play, so tonight they are only playing for a shot at an upset over Walton, the eighth-ranked team in the state. Walton is perfect on the season and has been cruising of late, beating its last three …

Lassiter (6-2, 2-2) at Woodstock (4-4, 1-3) – Woodstock has lost three in a row and has been blanked twice in that stretch. In fact, in all four Region 5-AAAAA games this season the Wolverines have scored just 20 total points. This game has some major playoff implications as the winner will sit alone in fourth place in the regional standings. Social Circle at River Ridge (6-2, 1-0) – River Ridge dropped its second game of the season last week and will look to rebound against Social Circle at home. Fan's shouted, "Playoffs, playoffs, playoffs," and rushed the field at the end of Friday night's Etowah Eagles game against the Woodstock Wolverines. Both teams showed up to the game looking for a win and bragging rights for the next year in the crosstown rivalry between the two schools. Etowah was triumphant by an impressive 45-0 score. Woodstock (4-3, 1-2) at Etowah (4-4, 2-2) – When Woodstock and Etowah meet, in any sport, there’s no telling what might happen. Lanier (2-1) at River Ridge (6-1) – River Ridge is back on track with consecutive wins after a hiccup on Sept. 30. The Knights have scored 40 or more points four times this season with a punishing ground attack. They’ll look to establish that…
