Authorities have ruled out foul play in the death.
The Canton Police Department has identified the young man whose body was discovered behind the Canton Marketplace Sunday morning. In a press release, the department named 19-year-old Sergio Oliverio Padron as the person located in a wooded area by hunters at roughly 9:30 a.m. on Sunday. Police have ruled out foul play in Padron's death, according to the same release. Authorities said that the death was initially labeled as suspicious due to Padron not carrying any form of identification or being listed as a missing person. The Canton Police Department is turning to the public to help identify the man whose body was found behind the Canton Marketplace on Sunday morning. The man is being described as a 20-30 year old Hispanic, standing at 5'6" and weighing 150 to 160 lbs. He has brown eyes and black hair and has no scars or tattoos. He was discovered wearing blue jeans, a gray button down shirt and a gray and black Aeropostale brand fleece jacket. He was also wearing black Sperry Topsider shoes, black Joe Boxer socks and gray Calvin Klein boxer briefs.
