ReplyMany years ago, my then boyfriend was pulled over for going too SLOW in the fast lane. The only reason why: he spotted a state trooper as he was passing in the left lane to get around slower traffic. He slowed down once he spotted the trooper and kept his speed down for about a mile. The trooper pulled him over for going TOO SLOW! He did not get a ticket but a warning. Now this was several years ago. I think they should just enforce the current laws. And maybe tack onto this bill for more enforcement of tailgaters: There is no reason for folks to be less than a car length riding behind other cars!

Keisha - I know my families ancestry quiet well! Mom's side: LEGAL immigration from Poland in the early 1900's and LEGAL immigration from England is the mid 1800's. Dad's Side: LEGAL immigration from Germany in the late 1800's AND NATIVE AMERICAN (Cherokee to be exact!)
It is not a feeling of superiority, it is what is right and wrong with the laws (mostly wrong from this current administration). I am all for someone coming to this country to make better lives for themselves, but LEGALLY. I do not think someone should be granted amenesty, THEY BROKE THE LAW. Current laws should be enforced, not rewarded!
And if you would please note, Pam and Mr. Jones did not call any one names, unlike you. I am very well educated and tend to think with my head, not my heart.
If you would like to try that once and a while, you just might find life a little bit easier! -

I was living in North Georgia at the time and my wedding was supposed to be on March 13! Got married in over 2 feet of snow! Should have been an omen - that marriage didn't last!
