Main Street Woodstock, Neighbor

Main Street Woodstock of Georgia, Incorporated officially organized in July 2009. Supported by local businesses, residents, property owners and non-profits, we embrace a better community that starts with optimism, teamwork, civic involvement, marketing, and preservation. As part of the Georgia Main Street Program, our organization seeks to improve our community based on the 4-Point Approach trademarked by the National Trust for Historic Preservation and National Main Street Center. That approach involves commitment in the areas of design, business development, promotions and organization. Our goal is to preserve our resources, encourage a well-rounded lifestyle, and to leave Woodstock better than we found it. 

Main Street Woodstock wants to create the best community in metro Atlanta. We don’t want to be like any other towns, we want those towns yearning to be like us. We want more recreation, more business, more arts, a larger social scene, great events and anything else that will make Woodstock the best. We are going to the top!

Main Street Woodstock is supported by a membership-based model. Through the investment of community members, MSW provides funding for programs that will benefit the Woodstock Community. MSW also recieves an annual appropriation of Woodstock’s Hotel Tax for destination marketing. If you want more for your Woodstock community…You are one of us!
