The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm Records 200th Home Sell

Atlanta active adult builder, The Orchards Group, has reached a sales milestone this year at The Orchards at Brannon Oak Farm. The community has seen the 200th, and even the 201st, home sold! With the Atlanta real estate market on the rise, they have seen a dramatic increase in sales, and The Orchards Group expects this Cumming community to be sold out by year’s end.

According to Mitch Block, the sales and marketing director for The Orchards Group, they started construction on The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm in 2007, just prior to the recession. “We sold about 60 homes in those first two years,” said Block. “Once the recession really hit, sales slowed and we were then only selling about 20 homes per year. But, so far in 2013, we have sold 46 homes.”

Currently, only 17 homes remain out of the 218 total homes in the community, and construction has already begun on the majority of those homes. With and expected move-in date of first quarter 2014, the active adult homes are priced from the $270,000s through the $340,000s. The current inventory of homes available include just one remaining single-family detached home, 12 master-on-the-main townhome villas and four ranch condominium homes.

The Orchards of Brannon Oak Farm features an outstanding amenity package for its residents, including a sparkling swimming pool, barbeque grilling area, fire pit and community lawn.
