WordPress Workshop and Writing Class come to Woodstock

FoxTale Book Shoppe is starting their 2014 classes and workshops with a brand new offering, Create Your Own Website or Blog using A Guided Workbook Approach on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 10:00 am – 1:00 pm.

Whether you are looking to just be able to post your thoughts or new findings or take your hobby or small business to the next level, why wait? Grab a friend and make it happen all at a fraction of the cost of hiring a web guru to do it for you.

The class will walk you through decisions you’ll need to make, remove the guesswork, keep track of your progress and move you visually step-by-step. The cost for the workshop is $120. To register or learn more about the class visit www.foxtalebookshoppe.com.

On Tuesday, January 21st, our latest Creative Writing Class will begin and last for 8 consecutive weeks. Into her fourth year of teaching at FoxTale, Beth Hermes brings a generous spirit and love of story that are contagious.  Outside the bookstore, Beth works with individuals and businesses to produce professional, polished blogs, newsletter copy, press releases, web site copy, collateral materials, email text and more. She is the author of two books: The Lightbearers: Awake and The Lightbearers: Found. Hermes’ class will include instruction, writing prompts and class sharing and will be using Anne Lamott’s Bird by Bird as a foundation.  Prepare to be motivated! Cost is $145 and you can register at www.foxtalebookshoppe.com/writers.

FoxTale Book Shoppe is located at 105 East Main Street, adjacent to the City Park Gazebo in the same center as Vingenzo's.  They can be reached at 770-516-9989.
