Chabad Offers Free Yom Kippur Service

5. A  deputy was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Friday at his Canton home on charges of child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. A third party filed a report with the  on Sept. 29 in reference to the sexual abuse. .
