What Would You Improve in Cherokee County in 2013?

If you could make a New Year's resolution for Cherokee County what would it be?

More than 45 percent of Americans make a resolution every year, according to statisticbrain.com.

Some people vow to live a healthier lifestyle, others promise to spend more time with family, and many say they will try to save money.

As millions of Americans make resolutions to improve their lives, what could we do right here in Cherokee County to make it an even better place to live?

Some of you have advocated for more parks and recreation amenities in Cherokee while others have also worked to expand the county's offering when it comes to theatre and the arts.

Other residents have asked the county government and Cherokee municipalities to cut its spending, to improve the transportation network, for planners and leaders to consider the impact of approving large-scale developments, maintain public safety and security, maintain and improve the quality education in the local school district and expand more educational options to families and children.

What is on your wish list for Cherokee County? What is one thing you would improve in 2013? Tell us in the comment section below!

We need good quality/upscale restaurants in the area. It would also be nice to have a Whole Foods in the area.

Cherokee County needs to NEVER raise taxes, and keep ALL spending under budget. If every household in the county has to keep a budget, so should the county they live in.
