You've probably heard this advice from some of the fitness and self-improvement coaches on television - but these are the words of Woodstock Transformational Expert, Fitness Coach and Author, Stacy Ward, who has been changing the health and lives of Cherokee County residents for the past three years with her Fit Body Boot Camp and StaFit personal training programs.

“Exercise success is greater when you have support from family and friends,” she says.

And it's not just old friendships - the camaraderie between participants in her Boot Camp classes extends beyond a friendly wave at the gym, as veteran Boot Campers welcome new members into the fold, show them the ropes (literally) and encourage them to attend class regularly.

Stacy is encouraged by the continued popularity of her classes, as more people make the commitment to change old unhealthy habits and adopt new ones that will help them lose weight, get fit and build confidence and self-esteem along with strength.
