Career Expo Set For Thursday

The Georgia Department of Labor’s Cobb-Cherokee Career Center and Goodwill of North Georgia will co-host a career expo in Woodstock on Thursday.

The expo will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at Goodwill of North Georgia's Woodstock Career Center at 9425 Highway 92. 

The expo will feature a number of employers who are hiring such as AFLAC, Alorica, CarMax Auto Finance, Clear Signal Wireless, Cobb Works, Focus Receivables Management, and the Goodwill Human Resources Office. 

Applicants should bring plenty of resumes and be prepared to fill out company applications and interview for available job openings.

Attendees are also encouraged to dress appropriately to improve their chances of gaining employment.
