Woodstock Real Estate Firm Makes Inc. 5000 Listing
ERA Sunrise Realty posted 65 percent growth over the past three years.
Inc. magazine has recognized Woodstock's ERA Sunrise Realty in the magazine's sixth annual Inc. 500|5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies.
The list provides a comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Unified Payments tops this year’s list.
ERA Sunrise Realty joins Yelp, yogurt maker Chobani, Giftcards.com, KIND and famed hatmaker Tilly’s, among other prominent brands featured on this year’s list

Founded in 1988, ERA Sunrise Realty now has 18 employees and is ranked 49th among real estate companies on the Inc. listing. The company's 2008 revenues of $4.6 million grew to $7.6 million in 2011 for a 65 percent three-year growth rate, according to the magazine.
ERA Sunrise Realty joins the list of such well-known companies as Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Clif Bar, Pandora, Patagonia, Oracle and other notable Inc. 5000 alumni. In addition to ERA SUNRISE REALTY the 2012 list added such economic powerhouses as Publix Supermarkets, CDW, Levi Srauss.

ERA Sunrise Realty is one of five real estate firms in Georgia to make this year's list.
Despite the current economic environment, median growth rate of 2012 Inc. 500|5000 companies remains an impressive 97 percent. The companies on this year’s list report having created over 400,000 jobs in the past three years, and aggregate revenue among the honorees reached $299 billion.
