Adoption Angel Needed for Special Needs Cat

Life hasn't been easy for Alexandra.

Alexandra is a special needs cat waiting for someone who has a heart of pure gold.

She has had about as tough a life as a cat can have according to the Angels Among Us Rescue Program.

For almost two years Alexandra lived as a feral cat in a busy business district. She had two litters of kittens born outside...and gave birth to a third litter shortly after one of Angels volunteers was successful in trapping her.

Alexandra remains a feral cat, but is "oh-so-sweet," according to her foster parent. "She so much deserves a warm and safe home where she will be accepted on her own terms."

Her rescuers acknowledge that Alexandra "will never be a lap cat...but we do hope with lots of love and patience, she will eventually enjoy being petted. She has come a long way with us, and seems to enjoy hanging out whenever a person is around."

Alexandra is up-to-date on vaccines and neutered.Β
