Speak Out: Do You Pick Up Hitchhikers?
Is the practice outdated, or do you still keep on picking up strangers?
Within a 24-hour period this weekend I saw two hitchhikers. One was on Exit 14 on I-575. The other was on Highway 72 in Alabama. The first man wasn't getting anywhere, but the second was immediately picked up by a small blue car.
