Police Academy Graduates Class in Alpharetta

There were 13 candidates that were awarded certificates at ceremony.

The Reinhardt University Public Safety Institute Police Academy conferred certificates to its latest class in ceremonies conducted at the Alpharetta Presbyterian Church Monday.

The certificates marked the successful completion of the Public Safety Institute's six-month Police Academy curriculum.

Lester Drawdy, the director of Reinhardt University's Police Academy presided over the graduation ceremonies.

Woodstock Police Chief David Bores gave the class address.

Students from the class are already members of the Alpharetta and Woodstock police teams.
