Woodstock To Discuss Priorities, Hear Project Updates At Annual Retreat

The Woodstock City Council will have its annual retreat Friday and Saturday at Magnolia Hall.

Woodstock city leaders will map out their future in its annual planning retreat on Friday and Saturday.

The retreat, which will be held at Magnolia Hall, will kick off at 1 p.m. Friday and reconvene Saturday at 8 a.m. Magnolia Hall (formerly Woodstock Community Center) is located behind Magnolia Thomas Restaurant in downtown Woodstock. 

This year's retreat will be facilitated by Niki Knox, a senior community economic development consultant with Georgia EMC.

The council will hear updates from city department heads, sets its top and high priorities for 2013, discuss future plans and projects and update its five-year plan.
