Woodstock Student Wins Scholarship

NeoCom Solutions, Inc. awarded four scholarships to Cherokee County students.

A student received a $1,000 scholarship from a local company for her academic and community achievements.

NeoCom Solutions, Inc., a Telecommunication Engineering & Construction firm, awarded a total of four $1,000 scholarships to students who have maintained good academic standing while juggling active schedules including community service, full course loads and extra curricular activities.

The scholarships were established to provide assistance to Cherokee County students who are currently or will be enrolled in an accredited four-year college, university or two-year technical college, community college or trade school. Academic achievement and financial need are considered when giving the award.
