The Cherokee Friends of Recovery Foundation is sponsoring a 5K run and a 1K fun run/walk at Hobgood Park to benefit the foundation. The race course begins and ends at Hobgood Park. Register online at www.active.com. Race day registration begins at 7 pm with the fun run/walk at 8 pm and the 5K race at 8:30 pm.
