Woodstock Riding Club was a scam put together by convicted con artist Scott Eugene Welker and is fortunately now gone. However, Welker has started a new scam at Rivers Edge Equestrian, this time using Veterans instead of Alzheimer's patients as with his Riding Club scam. You might know Welker from his being charged with running into an ATL police officer's car while DUI. Beware of Welker's latest scam Horses for Heros Woodstock.
