Woodstock, Towne Lake Under Flash Flood Watch

The National Weather Service says new rainfall amounts tonight could vary between a quarter-inch and half-inch.

If you though this week would bring a break in the relentless rain that's hit Cherokee County, then you're sorely mistaken.

Woodstock, along with most of north Georgia, remains under a flash flood watch, which is set to expire at 8 a.m. Monday.

There's a 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms tonight for Woodstock, with new rainfall amounts varying between a quarter-inch to a half-inch. That trend will continue throughout Monday, with new rainfall amounts also varying between a quarter to half-inch of precipitation.

Rain chances will stick around throughout the week for Woodstock, with the percentage of rain hovering at 50 to 60 percent each day. Temperatures will range from the mid 70s to the lower 80s for highs, and low temperatures will hang out in the upper 60s.
