Cherokee Sheriff's Deputies Commended for Saving Lives

The deputies were recognized last week during the Cherokee County Commission meeting.

Four deputies with the Cherokee Sheriff's Office were recognized for going above and beyond their duties to save the lives of residents.

The four deputies were recognized during last Tuesday's Cherokee County Commission meeting. 

Sgt. Mike Grier was given the Medal of Valor while Sgt. Pete Turcotte, Corporal Kyle Nowiak and Deputy Patrick Bolls received Commendation Awards.
