UPDATED: Woodstock Police Investigate Play N Trade Armed Robbery

One person was injured and transported in stable condition at an area hospital.

The Woodstock Police Department is investigating an alleged armed robbery at a local video game store.

At around 11:45 a.m. Sunday, Cherokee County dispatchers received a call of a possible armed robbery at the store, located at 2990 Eagle Drive, Woodstock Police Spokesperson Sgt. Randy Milligan said. 

Once police arrived into the scene, they discovered a structure fire inside the store. Only one person was injured, who is in stable condition at an area hospital.

"Currently, we believe there were three or four suspects who entered the store and they are still on the loose," Milligan added.
