GDOT Crews Work on State Highways in Cherokee
The Georgia Department of Transportation this week will be making repairs along I-575 and S.R. 20.
Maintenance crews with the Georgia Department of Transportation will be making repairs along state highways and interstates this week in Cherokee County.
Weather permitting, crews will be repairing the guardrail between 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Tuesday March 18, Wednesday, March 19, Thursday, March 20 and Friday, March 21 on S.R. 5 at mile markers 1 and 5 and mile marker 14 on Interstate 575.
The agency will also be performing shoulder repair work along S.R. 20 in the county during the same time on the same aforementioned days.
