Accomplishment: After graduating from high school this month, Kyle leaves for a nine-month mission trip to China. While there, he will attend college and learn to speak Mandarin. Kyle plans to attend the University of Georgia upon his return from China.

Key to Awesomeness: Kyle is committed to his service work and scholarship. For spring break of his junior year, he travelled to West Virginia on a mission trip. At age 11, he went to Australia as a student ambassador for the State of Georgia. Kyle was named to the honor roll all four years in high school. In addition, he is a four-year member of the Beta Club, the national organization dedicated to the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among students. Kyle is an active member of Hopewell Baptist Church, where he plays in two praise bands.
